The family Cerithiopsidae H. Adams and A. Adams, 1853 is distributed worldwide, and comprises around 800 extant species divided into ~40 genera. The most speciose genus within the family is Cerithiopsis Forbes and Hanley, 1850, a taxon currently used as a general receptacle rather than as a proper phylogenetic lineage. We hereby redescribe the rare species Cerithiopsis horrida di Monterosato, 1874, review its nomenclature, known material, and distribution as well as figure the entire protoconch, operculum, and radula for the first time. Our results highlight extreme differences between ‘Cerithiopsishorrida and the Cerithiopsis type species Cerithiopsis tubercularis (Montagu, 1803) and strong morphological and radular similarities with species belonging to the genus Retilaskeya Marshall, 1978. A wide discussion lists several taxa that might be ascribed to the same group of species, which presumably constitute a different worldwide lineage. Pending relevant molecular phylogenetic studies of the Triphoroidea Gray, 1847, for morphological conformity we suggest transferring ‘Cerithiopsishorrida to the genus Retilaskeya, and the same action is presumably appropriate for its possible sister species ‘Cerithiopsisleopardus Rolán and Gori, 2013. Finally, Retilaskeya better conforms to Newtoniellidae Korobkov, 1955 than Cerithiopsidae.  相似文献

大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)是表达异源蛋白的良好宿主,但常遇到蛋白表达产物不可溶的困难.在对来自星海链霉菌的卤化酶基因sinH进行大肠杆菌异源表达时,为克服蛋白表达产物可溶性低的问题,探讨了不同载体对蛋白可溶表达的影响.利用pET28a进行SinH表达时不能得到可溶的目标蛋白;使用含有泛素标签及内含肽的载体pHUIE实现了卤化酶蛋白SinH的可溶表达,但纯化后纯度不高;利用带有链霉菌分子伴侣蛋白基因的载体pET28a-SinH与pETcoco-pL1SL2在E.coli BL21(DE3)中共表达,在30℃,0.1mmol/L IPTG诱导条件下表达4h,成功获得大量可溶蛋白,使用亲和层析(Ni-NTA)纯化,获得了较纯的目标蛋白SinH,上述研究结果为在大肠杆菌中进行其他链霉菌蛋白的可溶表达提供了参考.  相似文献

水生动物双RNA病毒( Aquabirnavirus,ABV)隶属双RNA病毒科Birnaviridae,是一类可引起水生动物爆发传染性病毒病的病原,在世界范围内给水产养殖业造成了巨大损失,其代表种为传染性胰脏坏死病毒( Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis Virus,IPNV)。ABV的基因组包括两段分节的RNA,以负链RNA为模板进行病毒基因组复制,编码5种成熟的蛋白;本文结合ABV的功能基因、致病机理、诊断检测及免疫防治等近年研究的热点做一综述,以期为研究者提供参考。  相似文献

为探讨白黄链霉菌TD-1菌株挥发性有机物(VOCs)对灰霉孢菌的抑制作用,采用双皿对扣法测定VOCs对灰霉孢菌的抑菌率,通过扫描电镜观察VOCs对灰霉孢菌菌丝体的影响,利用GC/MS技术对VOCs组分进行分析。结果表明,作用5d后,6.0g TD-1菌株麦麸培养物产生的VOCs对灰霉孢菌的抑菌率为66.67%,灰霉孢菌的产孢量(3.9×106个/cm2)较空白组(5.9×107个/cm2)显著降低(p<0.01),且菌丝形态异常、表面粗糙,菌体细胞膜通透性增强。TD-1菌株VOCs由63种组分组成,其中2-甲基异冰片(13.52%)和1,4-二甲基金刚烷(14.08%)的相对含量较高。白黄链霉菌TD-1菌株产生的VOCs对灰霉孢菌良好的抑制作用为将其开发成生物熏蒸剂提供了理论依据。  相似文献

The structure of the infraciliature (arrangement, composition, number of kinetosomes and the oral and somatic fibril systems) are described in detail. A new genus of cirolanid isopod Atarbolana, and two new species, Atarbolana exoconta and Cirolana manorae, are described. Atarbolana is distinguished from related cirolanid genera by having a projecting clypeus, pleon with three free tergites, and cylindrical uropod exopod.

Cirolana manorae is most similar to Cirolana bovina Barnard, and new figures are given for that species.  相似文献

This paper describes dipteran infestation of loggerhead (Caretta caretta) and green (Chelonia mydas) sea turtle nests in northern Cyprus in 1996 and 1997. Insect larvae were collected from infested nests, reared to adulthood and identified to species. A minimum of 13.4% (1996) and 17.4% (1997) of loggerhead turtle nests and 3.3% and 20.7% of green turtle nests were infested in 1996 and 1997, respectively. Eleven dipteran species were found infesting turtle nests with one species (Sarcotachina aegyptiaca) being dominant. Gross estimates, utilizing the speeds of development for three species of sarcophagid showed that infestation was taking place differentially between the two turtle species. Various aspects of the effect of dipteran infestation on marine turtle nests in northern Cyprus and recommendations for future investigations are discussed.  相似文献

Tierwelt Deutschlands, 21: 181398.  [Google Scholar], collected from coastal water off Qingdao, China, were studied on living cells and using protargol silver impregnation. The diagnosis for O. apohamatus nov. spec.: marine Orthodonella with length×width about 60–160×20–35?µm in vivo; lanceolate body shape with conspicuous beak-like projection at anterior end; 42–60 (mean 53) somatic kineties, including 28–42 on ventral and 13–20 on dorsal side; synhymenium with about 54–62 dikinetids; pharyngeal basket composed of 8–13 rods; four contractile vacuoles, two in middle near left margin and two at posterior end of cell; one elongated macronucleus and one micronucleus. Based on a Qingdao population, an improved diagnosis for the poorly known species, O. gutta is suggested: marine Orthodonella in vivo about 140–200×60–100?µm; body widely ellipsoidal with contractile beak-like anterior end; 62–74 (mean 66) somatic kineties with ca 41–48 ventral and 20–26 dorsal; synhymenium consisting of 43–70 dikinetids; 11–14 pharyngeal rods; one to several contractile vacuoles distributed in caudal area of cell; numerous cortical granules tiny and colourless; one ovoid macronucleus.  相似文献

The following digeneans are described, recorded or figured from South African waters: Enenterum kyphosi and E. mannarense from Kyphosus vaigiensis; E. elsti, E. prudhoei, E. stinkvis sp. nov. and E. tongaatensis sp. nov. from Neoscorpis lithophilus; Pseudozakia hatampo from Pempheris oualensis; Opistholebes cotylophorus from Amblyrhynchotes honckenii; and Pleorchis sciaenae from Argyrosomus hololepidotus. The other taxa discussed are: family Enenteridae; genus Enenterum (including a key); and genus Opistholebes (syn: Pseudoheterolebes).  相似文献
